Internet Settings for BlackBerry Devices

Please try the following settings on your device:
BlackBerry OS 7.0 and later:
- Open Setup > Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > TCP IP
- Enter the following values (make sure that the case is correct):
APN Settings Enabled: yes

APN Authentication Enabled: yes
Username: mnet
Password: mnet - Save and reboot your device by removing the battery.
- Open mScorecard and go to the Settings > Internet Settings and set the internet connection to IP gateway. (If that does not work try to set the Internet connection to BES/MDS)
Earlier BlackBerry versions:
- Go to BlackBerry > Options > Security Options > Application Permissions > mScorecard > Edit Permissions > Set all to'Allow'.
- Open BlackBerry > Options > Advanced Options > TCP and enter the following values (make sure that the case is correct):
